"My daughter and I love to stop by to get some chicken nuggets for her for lunch. We always go through the drive-through and I feel like this is the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. It’s kind of frustrating when you’re waiting for your food and then once you get it, you can’t leave because you’re stuck in a line behind people who haven’t got their food yet. I saw someone who ordered their food on the app drive past me in the right lane of the drive through and I still was able to get my food before her. I definitely think that the mobile order should be faster if you order it before hand."

"Plenty of parking and great employees. We came here for the 1 year anniversary and balloon launch. Unfortunately due to rain and weather they just got out the basket and burner, but the kids got to pull the burner lever and they had a blast. The balloon team was so nice and the food and restaurant was very nice and clean."

"After waiting forever somewhere else, I came here and had my food in less than 5 minutes. It was unfortunately not what I had ordered, but it was still good. I guess the person taking my order misheard what I had said. The club was a little more expensive than the regular grilled chicken I had wanted but I didn't care because it was good and fast. We came another day and entered the restaurant to dine in. Unfortunately they made some errors with our order again. We eventually got the lemonade we had ordered and my wife was fine getting the spicy chicken instead of the regular, but the accuracy could definitely be improved. The food was good as usual and the staff are always friendly and polite. We will come back to eat here - and definitely check what we receive. One additional thing is that this restaurant does not feature a playground, which is a disappointment because we have young kids and that is a very nice gesture when we eat out with them."

"I was craving a spicy chicken sandwich and they delivered! We like using the app to order our food and sit down and relax when we dine in. They are prompt and polite when they bring out the food. The sandwich is nice and crispy with two tomatoes and lettuce, just like I ordered it. The fries are always hot and tasty. The app is the way to go and chick fil a doesn’t disappoint."

"recently visited Saratoga Springs Chick-fil-A and had an good experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was decent. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating options available. As for the food, it was delicious. The chicken sandwiches were juicy and flavorful, and the waffle fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. I also appreciated the variety of dipping sauces available, which added an extra layer of flavor to my meal. Sadly my review is at 3 stars because lots was forgotten. They forgot the juice for the kids meal, they then forgot sauces, they then forgot dressings for the salad and then forgot toppings for the salad."
