"Sunday evening hours closing at 1:00 a.m. pull up to the drive-thru at 12:50 and and their automated message said that they were closed pull up to the lobby open sign still on lobby's locked and the cashier tells me to go away that that's it. Pointing at my watch cashier throws his hands up in the air guys get back to what I'm assuming work. Businesses please take note that if you have a hours of operation sign that people are expecting those hours to be operable not you guys are closing a half hour before your closing time and not accepting customers that doesn't make any sense. Why put hours of operation and times if you guys are not going to be open during that time and you guys are going to be cleaning and doing the tills a half hour before closing. Very disappointed. Feel free to check the timestamp on images."

"They have forgotten items for both of my delivery orders that are on the receipt taped to the bag. They also did not put guacamole on the rolled tacos and the description says it come with it."

"I've been to a lot of Beto's restaurants. The chile relleno burrito is at the very top of the list of my favorite foods. This location's, however, makes one that almost made me physically ill, it's so bad. For one thing, whatever cheese they're using actually tastes rancid. I don't know how else to describe it. But it's sour and really gross and I've stupidly tried this burrito from this location 3 separate times thinking it was a fluke, and it's bad every time. This time I picked it out (see gross photo for cheese mass, mixed in with a piece of the chile that was inedible). An entire third of the burrito was pico de gallo and guacamole, which I love, but isn't supposed to be the star of the show - see the other picture for that. This place obviously skimps on quality ingredients, leaving out a lot of chile in their chile relleno burrito, and using the grossest cheese known to man. Every other location I've been to hasn't had this problem. This place needs to get with it, or close."

"We just had breakfast at Betos. A combo breakfast burrito and a Spanish omelet plate. It was so good. We are stuffed! The various flavors in the salsa bar are rated for heat with a number of flames next to each name. Everything was really really good."

"My boyfriend just treated us to a $40 meal here. It was honestly one of the worst I've had in my life. Normally this place is good. However, this time the meat was really "off". I'm worried we'll get food poisoning. Will update, if that occurs. Wish I didn't have to write this but our mouths and stomach told us not to eat it. Dog food."
