"First time trying this place - asked the cashier about “Zucchini Noodles with Chicken.” She told me that would be the pesto one. I ordered to go - just got home and found ZERO chicken in my bowl. When I called them, they said the pesto doesn’t come with chicken usually. Wouldn’t that have been info shared with me when I asked specifically for chicken with zoodles? They didn’t offer even a partial refund but did apologize. I live too far to make it worth driving back - $12+a tip for a bowl of zoodles with a few veggies tossed in?! No, thank you."

"The food was good, and they substituted zucchini noodles for pasta, which is always a plus in my book. But we specifically ordered it to stay, because we’d been about most of the day. Still, they brought it to our table in a bag and set it in the middle between us. (?) We found a table to clean off, although there were only two other tables occupied, and the gentleman behind us had to clear his own table as well. *sad* I gave four stars because the food was hot and tasted good."

"Wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Purchased a Thai Chicken Soup and a Chicken Veracruz Salad from the Saratoga Springs branch using their phone app. We picked it up and when we got home, found that the bag didn’t have the soup and the salad came with no dressing. We had requested to keep bacon on the side, but they kept chicken on the side with no address to what happened to the bacon?! The portion of serving was so little inspite of us ordering a regular size (pic attached) with hardly anything in it except lettuce and tomatoes. For the other add-ins, it maybe had a sprinkle of 2-3 pieces of corn and a teaspoon of old guacamole (instead of fresh avocado pieces) and no other ingredients like onions or cilantro or crispy jalapeños - as per their menu in their website!! And I’m not even joking! This is crazy! When we called, there was no apology - instead they just simply asked us to come collect the soup. 2 weeks ago the noodles we purchased from there had so much oil, we felt oil-drunk after lunch! Terrible customer experience and poor quality of food. Never going there again!"
