"I have been eating here for 4 years. The food is always good. The staff is always top notch. I finally got a messed up order. The management immediately took care of it. They took responsibility and ownership. It's so rare to see a restaurant or any business act with complete integrity and be ethical. Employees and management are second to none."
"The food was fine and that is the only reason for the 2 stars. Nobody speaks English here. Also when dining in it took atleast 10 minutes for someone to help me order. They are very very focused on the drive through. The place was clean but the customer service is terrible."
"Asked multiple times for large drinks. Seeing on the screen it said medium I asked him to change it to large more than once. Also ordered spicy nuggets with ranch. Ended up not getting any ranch. Wrong size drinks and both drinks had over an inch of space left at top. Very annoying."
"No matter how many times I go to this establishment, i.e. Wendy’s in Saratoga or have food delivered because some of us cannot leave our office to go get food. They always always screw up my order.. today I have had enough I ordered the chicken Parmesan salad. I received it with no chicken seriously it’s called a chicken Parmesan salad !!! and then no sauces for the nuggets and the fries are petrified, old or deep-fried twice haven’t decided which one and it took almost an hour to get my food, somebody really needs to come and clean up the store and their quality. I worked for Wendys for 18+ years and this would never have been acceptable by any standards. This is the first review I have written about the Store, but this has been definitely at least the 20th time that the orders have been screwed up or I didn’t get what I paid for."
"It has been a while since I ate at this Wendys but save yourselves and NEVER Eat here!!!! On 8 March 2023 at 459pm. Not even dinner rush it was just starting and with no one in line I waited 10-15 minutes before getting help to place an order inside the store. Than the guy could not even understand a simple order the $6 biggie bag. We it took forever and my food was burnt. Yes they burnt and overcooked the Hamburger and all my food was cold. The fries were old overcooked and cold. Horrendous management!"
