Pizza Hut

"Went in to order pizza, music was so loud employee's couldn't hear if anyone came in. Stood there about 20 minutes waiting, finally two employee's saw me, but completely ignored me. I left and pizza somewhere else. Clearly corporate sees the reviews and had no interest in fixing the problem. I went in March 21 at 7:30."

"Just dont... they deliver using Door Dash and they do not respond, just hang up on you multiple times. Domino's is a better choice in our opinion."

"Leaving bad review. This second time I have order issue with this locations, with them using doordash. First time the order was completely wrong. I had to drive to the store to get new pizza made. They nice enough to give me credit for the troubles. This time I called in to use the credit. They still use doordash, but this time DoorDash message says pizza was delivered but I get no food at my door. Called store took my name and number said they have the manager call me when she/he got in. 2-3 hours later no call. Hence me leaving this review. Called DoorDash they tried calling the dasher and they don't pick up. This maybe the last time I user both services. To be honest if I need to go get a pizza myself I rather go to Papa Johns."

"I placed an order for delivery, Original estimated time was about 45 minutes. An hour later I saw that they gave the delivery to doordash. And then doordash canceled the order. When I called in they said the doordash driver stole the pizza and so they just canceled the order. They didn't even try to remake the pizza and deliver it again."

"My family usually loves Pizza Hut. In the past we’ve used this location quite a bit. We usually use the app to order online and then have it delivered. But the last three times they have royally messed up the order. The last two times we called and had it fixed and they were pretty good about it. But this last time when we called the manager and told him about the issue he just said sorry about that and hung up. We ordered the boneless wings with honey barbecue sauce. When I opened up the order there were boneless wings in there that were dry and maybe only a fourth of a teaspoon of sauce on the bottom. Not even enough sauce to cover one wing. The management has clearly changed over the last little while and this is enough to make it so that we don’t want to go back especially to this location. Save your money and time. Clearly the management doesn’t care enough to try and make things right. Really disappointed since I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and this is by far my favorite pizza."
