"Service is always on point, food would get 5 stars but my personal favorite shrimp isn't on the menu anymore, and rarely you get a plate thats doused with too much sauce but all the other stars are totally deserved. If you go during any rush hour, you will wait. This place is very popular for a reason. I like to go sometime after 8pm, its normally very fast after 8pm. Atmosphere is average, the place is always clean and what you'd expect from fast food."

"It sucks that this is the only panda express around here. It is always packed so I always get take-out, but by golly they are horrible with the pick up side of things. I have never once gotten my order when it says it was supposed to be ready, so I usually have to wait about 10 more mins. This last time I intentionally went late knowing they would be late. My order was done but I could not get it myself as it has to be handed over by an employee (understandable). The problem is that the cashier girl was literally just standing there. She saw the multiple people waiting to get their pick up order and did absolutely nothing. She sat and observed the people preparing the food. I asked help from someone else and the guy said I had to talk to the cashier. After about 20 mins, finally one girl who was cleaning the floors was willing to help me out. I get they may be understaffed, but man fix the pick up order process. I feel it takes just as long as I have stood in line."

"Ordered about 5p Friday night. Lady over the comms at drive thru was prompt and attentive. They had to make a portion of the meal I ordered and informed me it would be about 5 min, no problem. Rolled around to the side of the restaurant and waited. 5 min and the food came out fresh and the worker even asked if he could get anything else for me while he was at my window. Honestly 5/5 service during a busy weekend night. Thanks crew!"
