"myself as a business owner I very rarely leave a negative review. purchased/installed two Maytag commercial washers from this company at end of May 2022, one of the washer stopped working on may 31 2023. just one year old. stop spinning making huge grinding noise. called company for service, was told I have to pay $450 trip fee due to distance Plus $150 per hour. when I shopped for the washers, I was told they have technicians in all the cities, I was not charged for the trip fee when I purchased / installed the two washers and the two dryers from this company. but now I was told I have to pay $450 trip fee. I would not do any business with this company."
