"I had never been to a natural grocers before so I didn’t know what to expect going in but I was definitely underwhelmed. Most of our shopping is done in the produce aisles and theirs is very small and doesn’t have anything outside of the basics really. The store seemed like mostly prepared foods and snacks and vitamins so if you’re looking for those items there’s a great selection but otherwise it’s not for us."

"I had always enjoyed Natural Grocers until now, so I'm reluctant to say about my local NG, but recently I bought a marked down item and regret doing so. It was a jar of Justin's almond butter. I just opened it tonight to discovered it was already opened with a big scoop out of it and saw mold in it (I live alone)! I of course brought it back to show the manager how unethical this was to sell an opened food item. He apologized but only offered to sell me a new one. Not only did he not honor a refund or exchange for that unsanitary mess... he tried to sell me a new one at full price. I will not be returning. What an unethical establishment! I will not be returning. You shouldn't either if you have scruples or care about your health."
