Whole Foods Market

"Whole Foods rip off warning. I purchased a Visa gift card that didn't work. I've spent a lot of time on the phone and website with the card company and they acknowledge the card not working is their fault. They can't give me a timeframe for when they can get the card working. Whole Foods says they don't do anything about the cards not working and have had these problems before. Be warned, if you purchase a card like this from Whole Foods you're on your own if it doesn't work. So far, the money I paid for the card has essentially been stolen and I have no idea whether I'll ever get my money back but if I do none of this has been worth the time and hassle of problems created by the gift cards Whole Foods sells and their guarantee doesn't apply to gift cards so beware of losing money like I have so far."

"Looking for salt-free for the first time in my life. Whole Foods had a few, plus some low-salt. That's okay too. Staff was very helpful which was very nice since this is my first time shopping there. I took a star because the store was hard to navigate. Three aisles through produce, but two were completely blocked by employees filling shelves. The third was so narrow that I could only go at the speed of the shopper ahead of me. After years in neighborhood markets, I didn't understand the organization of this store. So I was lost and impeded quite a lot. Again, staff was pleasant so I think they were trying."

"Here you will find high quality food like fresh sushi grade fish cuts and oysters. Nice selection of premade food (I love the breakfast steel cut oats) and some other specialty items (like organic cookies), the fruits and vegetables are good, great service and much parking."

"Very high quality organic produce. The guy at the cheese station was very nice. However, when I asked the cashier if they could help me find my code on the Amazon app, she asked her front end manager for help. His response to me was “I doesn’t look like you get discounts with Prime Business, I don’t know for sure but it doesn’t look like it” “you should call Amazon and have them figure it out for you” Let’s just say “customer service” isn’t really a thing at this Whole Foods"
