"This place has gone so downhill, from now on I'm going the extra miles to another location or TJ Maxx, the atmosphere is shabby, it feels almost like a thrift store now and most the employees don't care at all about actual service, I'm constantly watching my stuff because there are so many shifty people and I've witnessed SO many people walk out with piles of stuff and no one cares, they're just use to it now, it feels unsafe, and the last time I went, which will be the last, the fitting room smelt like an unwashed bathroom!"
"Racist cashier I felt like the cashier had a very bad and rude attitude, watched me check out and walked away, came back a while later, a black woman, cold face the whole time she was checking out, disdain in her eyes, looked customers up and down, didn't say a word or thank you from start to finish. I felt very uncomfortable the whole time, and because of her, I won't be coming back to this store a second time."
"Their basket section has way more than othet discount stores in the area. It us smaller Marshalls but always clean and organized."
"Friendly cashiers, that's always a plus. Last evening, I picked up the most adorable dog collars for my pups, and a couple of toys and a soap dispenser. One of the tug-of-war toys has a sphere with soft plastic that my new Ausie puppy, loved as he is in the biting/teething season."
