He showed up when he said he would, he diagnosed and replaced the condenser in short order, tested it to make sure it was working properly, and charged me half of what another appliance repair company quoted. If every service vendor I needed was a skilled and focused as JB, all my repairs and maintenance issues would go from a royal pain to a royal pleasure."

"I had a problem with my refrigerator freezer. The fan inside the freezer stopped working after rattling very loud. I texted with Jason, and he came by ready to replace the fan. After removing the fan, it turned out that 2 of the 4 screws used to attach the fan were corroded and had snapped. He replaced all 4 screws and reattached the fan, since the fan looked like it was still functional. He was right. That fixed the problem. He said, "I'm not going to make you buy a fan when you don't need one." It was very reassuring, having Jason diagnose the problem and apply the best solution that was most cost-effective for me. This guy knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him for appliance repairs!"

"This is the second time we have used JB Appliance Repair. The first time was in 2019, when the compressor on our LG refrigerator went out. Jason informed us LG had a recall on the part and we only paid for labor which was refunded by LG later on. We called JB today because our refrigerator was making noises. He showed up, asked a few questions and quickly diagnosed it as an ice buildup next to the freezer fan. After 15 minutes of freezer salon work with a blow dryer, the glacier was removed. 150 bucks later, we are ready to load up the refrigerator for Christmas without anxiety over it failing once full."

"Great service. My refrigerator stopped working, and Jason was able to come out later the same day I called. He diagnosed the problem (Inverter), fixed it quickly, and my refrigerator/freezer was working again that afternoon. "I found JB Appliance Repair on the Internet and decided to give them a try. They were able to schedule me an appointment within 48 hours, although I wasn’t in an emergency situation I thought that was fantastic. The owner showed up on time and we had exchanged a couple of photos and texts about my whirlpool refrigerators icemaker and the issues we were encountering… he came prepared with a new icemaker as well as some other random parts. Within an hour and a half everything was fixed and it has worked perfectly. They offer a 60 day warranty on their work which I wish was a little longer but I guess that is the industry norm from what I found. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and the quality of their work, in this day and age I have found it difficult to get people I can depend on …it is nice to know that I have found some"
