"Had him resize and repair the band on an expensive opal ring for me. He completely ruined the opal on my ring! No customer service at all. After ruining the ring he said oh ya the heat from resizing will ruin the opal, i thought you knew that. I said um no why would I pay you to ruin my ring! He ruined a $500 opal stone. He took no resposibilty for ruining my ring, and then he even charged me for it said I still had to pay the resizing. And then he charged me $5 more than what he quoted me for. You get what you pay for. Don't go to this store!"
