"idk what it was yesterday but the girl at the cutting table was so mean ): I went up looking to get some fabric cut and asked her if she could show me what a certain length looked like. she looked at me like I was speaking a different language and said “um I just cut it one way so idk what you’re asking” I tried to re-explain and after a few eye-rolls from her and the overall feeling of discomfort from being around someone who was so rude, I just grabbed the fabric from her and told her i’d figure it out myself. maybe it was something i said but i felt i approached her kindly /: I get it if she hates her job but when you’re in customer service you really can’t be so mean, I work/ have been working customer service a long time, it’s just the way things go. i’m usually not one to get upset over a worker being mean to me but her attitude was like no other. i’ve never had a worse experience talking to an employee especially at this joann /: maybe she was having a bad day i'm not sure but it really upset me and kinda made me wanna cry after the whole thing :,). I usually love coming to this store though and everyone besides her has been super helpful and accommodating! writing this review so people are prepared to encounter her in case her attitude wasn’t just a one time ordeal."

"This is my closest location. They always have what I need. The staff are great, working with what they have and being in all places when needed. Yes, sometimes the lines are long but they help you with coupons and always seem interested in your project. Be kind, retail is not for the faint of heart."
"I love coming to Joann's for all my craft supplies and ideas! The prices are reasonable, especially if you sign up online for coupons. Everything is well organized and easy to find. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Con: the line can get long and there will only one or two registers open."
