"The first time I came to this location I had a pleasant experience but today I can't say the same. It's always the same two ladies working here and the old lady with gray hair is the one I had an issue with. She is very very rude and very judgemental. I had just come from the gym so my attire wasn't at best but I most def did not smell. And this lady stopped me at the door almost refusing to let me in. Then she was extremely short with me and didn't even let me speak before shutting me down and telling me to leave. I would never do business with this company again. I wouldn't recommend this place for the attitude alone. And I will def be spreading the word so that no one else has the same experience as I did."
"I’ve been going to Diamond Mine for a little horse trading now and again for 6 years. I’ve always trusted them (learned the hard way by shopping the same product all over town!) Diamond Mine always came out ahead. The appraisers are so knowledgeable and friendly and fair and just because there’s no monkey business doesn’t mean they don’t love jewelry too! Which makes for a fun atmosphere. Not only did I get a little something for my gold and pave diamonds today but picked up the prettiest color 14 k amethyst set (attached) on the way out at an incredible price! I’m glad Diamond Mine is here! Their offers are always the best and I never know what I’m going to to find. The staff love jewelry as much as I do! Give DIAMOND MINE a try next time you have a little something to sell or need something new. You will not regret it!"
"This place low balls worse than the pawnshops. If I can give this place a 0 I would. Horrible place to sell fine jewelry. The lady knew I had a beautiful ring and made a low ball offer but made a decent offer on a bracelet that didn’t weigh anything. That’s how I knew this place is a ripoff!!!"
