"SO sad seriously!!! My husband and I loved this store as it holds many memories for us. Ten years ago he proposed to me in this store. Over the decade it has changed management. Because this store has always been good to us we returned for our 10 year wedding anniversary to purchase diamonds!! We made a really big purchase for two rings. The sad part is that we are paying for a ring I don’t yet have. One ring needed to be ordered. I get it, however every time I call, the store gives me new excuses and no date of expectancy. I wish I could tell the bill collectors this. Today they promised it would be done by 5pm. It’s 6 pm, no ring, no call, Another wasted drive. This customer service is REALLY BAD. Sadly enough, when I finally get my ring, this will be the end of my journey with Jared’s. Word of the wise, if you shop here don’t pay for anything until you have it sized and physically in your possession. Never again Jared’s."
