"This specific store has the most unprofessional classless women working there. They can say “bye have a nice day!” While leaving the store. Unfortunately, they won’t welcome you while entering the store… Also, leaning against the counter talking. Gross."

"I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at WHBM. I went in looking for a formal dress for an event through the sorority I am a part of. The second I walked in, I felt belittled and was looked at as if I couldn’t afford to be there. I was raised in a way to believe that you do not need to conform to any dressing standards if you can afford to be somewhere. Obviously the ladies at this establishment do not believe that, as they assumed I couldn’t afford to be shopping in their establishment. Feeling judged for simply looking for a formal dress is enough to make me never want to return to this location. The employees obviously need to be taught better customer service skills and know how to treat others with basic human respect."
"I cannot believe my experience on Sunday, February 27th with this store. I am a college student in a sorority, and was shopping for a formal dress for an event (and was willing to spend quite a chunk of money). When I walked in with my little sister who was with me, the woman working behind the counter scoffed. She took one look at the two of us and refused to help us find anything. I was absolutely mortified, I was wearing casual clothing but it is not okay to treat a customer like that. I felt belittled and embarrassed. My only regret now is I didn’t get this Lady’s name, I’m sure I wasn’t the first and won’t be the last. She’s blonde, probably about 5’ 8”, old, and was working at around 2 pm at the cash register on Sunday. I’ve had years of customer service and retail experience, was probably 30+ years younger than this women, but am still smart enough to know you don’t profile based upon age, clothing, or anything else. You’ve just lost myself and my Mom as customers, both of which would frequent your establishment before. Very disappointed!!! Take your business elsewhere."
