"Horrible customer service. Went to return two items from an online TJMaxx order (which are returnable in store) had the packing slip and all the information from the online order on my phone. Was treated disrespectfully and condescendingly by the cashier (short dark hair) and the lady I assume is the manager (long dark hair). Reluctantly gave me the refund then stood there quiet with a sour face as I said ‘thank you, have a good day’. The lack of empathy was unreal."
