"I do not recommend JCPenney. They honestly should have been out of business. They have outdated policies and they do not have a company that is popular enough to not provide better customer service or policies . I attempted to exchange this trash bracelet and because it was outside of 60 days, and not by much they wouldn’t even exchange it. I also was going to spend more money to get something else, but they said no. I truly don’t believe this bracelet has a drop of diamond in it, or maybe that diamond dust because where the diamonds are suppose to be it’s just silver , nothing that resembles a diamond. Macy’s has similar bracelets with the 1/10th diamond and it looks like it contains diamonds, not this one. Should have went with Macy’s who has better quality and customer service. This was my last time ever shopping with them unfortunately ."

"In the Jewelry department Elizabeth Kutkuf and Elda Duka helped me with all of my many many questions and made sure my husband and I got exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this JCPennys location any day to anyone!! They’re always fully stocked with a clean store anmd employees who go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Especially in the Jewelry Department! 5 out 5 rating for me!!! Thanks again ladies for all your help, and support to make picking out our wedding rings a breeze!"

"11/25/22- Horrible customer service. They let a whole group of people cut the line for the black Friday coupons even though there were multiple groups telling them that the people had cut the line. This was highly disrespectful to the people that had been waiting out in the cold."
