"Customer service is poor, was given dirty looks while standing in line. Can’t checkout when you have more than ten items. Only two lanes open on purpose. Workers standing all over watching you."
"Writing this review while standing in one of 3 total lines that are open. 2 cashiers and over half the self-checkout closed. Each line is easily 15-20 people deep and hasn’t moved since I started writing this. This WM used to be good, but each time I’ve been here lately the checkout process has taken 20+ minutes. Either hire more cashiers or lower the prices so it’s worth the wait. This is insanely bad customer service."
"This is for the employee at self-checkout, Reggie. He was absolutely outstanding and kind! He kept the whole line of customers laughing and enjoying our time in line. He is a star employee and I hope this review of him makes it up the chain of command. I tried to tell his manager that I had a great experience with him and she didn't seem to care. So hopefully this makes it to a store manager or corporate. Thanks Reggie!"
"Went to eye glass business in store … Terrible customer experience terrible customer service terrible customer care. This lady was rude, impatient, talked about other customers, totally unprofessional, sarcastic, disrespectful….. terrible person I wish I took her picture so you know who not to go too. I left tell them she was ignorant person !!"
