"Really great customer service. I bought a ring here probably 5 or 6 years ago and thought I'd come to look at wedding bands now that im engaged. Shannon and Jessica helped me figure out some options and I am very happy with my experience. They were really sweet and kind and attentive. Shannon even cleaned my engagement ring (that was not purchased at the store) because she saw me trying to shine it on my shirt. Great customer service!"
"Very nice workers and beautiful jewelry too! But their organization, and the way they do their billing system sucks big-time!! they messed up on my billing on my receipt. It was terrible so when you go in there if they tell you 36 Months, make sure that is a 36 Months promotion because they will say one thing and you will not get what they promised you…. you’ll have to go back-and-forth back-and-forth with them to get what they promised you! to continue on with my story about Helzberg I bought some diamond rings and instead of my refund going to my original form of payment, it went to another account and they could not their system could not correct the issue… so be careful when working with this company"
