"Our refrigerator went out, and I called John at 6:45 am. He could have scheduled an appointment and charged us to look at it and potentially fix it. Instead, he took the time to chat with me and recommend not fixing it due to the repair cost alone, but recommended several replacements and locations to buy. This type of customer service is a thing of the past. While he obviously didn't work on anything for us, his integrity in assisting is worth a five star review. Thanks John!"

John answered the phone, and gave us clear instructions on how to shut off the water. He also gave recommendations for replacement, as well as an estimate for repairs. "John did a great job diagnosing the issue with my fridge to correctly fix it. Honest and very knowledgeable. Will always use his services and refer him to anyone in need of help. Edit: He's 2 for 2! Had an issue with another appliance and again John was there to fix the issue and help educate me on how to prevent it from happening again. He's been booked for the past week but I was able to wait for his services and will do so as long as he is servicing this area."
"I would give him 6 stars if I could! John is extremely polite, kind, happy, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My entire dishwasher repair experience was excellent. He went above and beyond to give me helpful tips on troubleshooting issues on my own. He was well prepared and incredibly reasonable. I felt like I had known him for years and that he really cared about me and my home. I love the fact that he gave me another helpful tip on his way out - he didn't have to and that really goes to show you what kind of a person he is!!! Thank you John."
