"I always make friends. Robert is one of my favorite checkers ..#18. I really like the sales on bread...I never find a big jar of K.S. grape jelly. We are very limited on what we can buy...fixed income...In our 80's. I always come away with a smile. Another person I like a lot is Terry. He is very helpful. He works at the the self-checkout area."

"Inconsistent in all regards. One day pick up will be really fast, and another, you'll sit for 30 minutes waiting for them to bring out your order. King Soopers is not at the level of Target, Whole Foods or even Wal-Mart when it comes to pick up and delivery."

"A selection of a BILLION types of ground coffee and only 2 kinds of whole bean coffee to choose from. What a joke. Waiting for the rest of Colorado to learn that grinding your own coffee in the morning makes a better cup! And waiting for King's to finally give us whole been options to even choose from."

"Mu husband and I have been coming to the Stroh ranch location for about 9 months now. I am so disappointed in the produce. Every week I am throwing something out that I just bought. Even the organic produce. We ate incredibly frustrated with the quality and how it has rapidly declined over the last month or so. Earlier in the summer, we bought a brand new 3x washed container of organic arugula and when I opened it up for the first time, it was COVERED in little spider like bugs. I get that you might find the odd bug in there every once in a while, but to have many live bugs crawling all over it when it is first opened is absolutely disgusting. I have since started growing my own lettuce. Yesterday, we did our usual weekly shop and I needed a couple of carrots. The WHOLE bin was filled with carrots that literally felt like they were made of rubber. To the produce manager - this is unacceptable. Especially since everything is so expensive now. I expect better quality and more attention to what is being placed out on the floor. We will be going to Sprouts or Natural Grocers from now on for our produce."

"I come to this location every now and again and every single time I do, the customer service is poor, they are out if tons of things(holiday or not), and they have long lines. What prompted me to write this particular review is the deli. I arrived at the store to grab a few things at 7am. I go to the deli which had three employees working at the time and they informed me very rudely, that they open at 8am. Not a huge deal, so I went in and did my shopping, drug my feet as long as I could and even picked up a couple of extra items. I came back at 7:40 just to wait until they open and two employees (Frank and ) raised their voices to say again, we don’t open until 8 very rudely. I informed them very politely that I was aware and just waiting near until they open as I’m done with my shopping. Then they began to talk amongst themselves about me stating that the world doesn’t work that way and I’m going to find out really quickly because they aren’t going to serve me until they open. I just continued to wait patiently and during this time two gentlemen at the meat counter assisted 5 customers with a smile and they don’t open until 9am. It baffles me how obvious it is when people hate their job. Customer service should be at the forefront of what they do. Needless to say, I won’t be returning for a long while. King Soopers need to do better with this location."
