"I've been a regular here for some time and have always had pretty good experiences. Recently I've been going through some grief over the loss of someone close. One of the front end clerks, Barb I believe is her name, noticed that I was down and asked what was up. She has always been very friendly so I opened up about what was going on. We chatted a bit and ever since she has been checking in on me when I'm in and it really has had a very positive impact and I'm so grateful for how kind she is. Retail workers may not realize it but when working with the public you have a unique opportunity to have those good interactions with people. I really appreciate all the staff there but her in particular has been really helpful for my process right now. I appreciate it, it means a lot to me that people can be good to others. I mean you never know what someone is going through and that small act of kindness goes further than we may realize. Thank you"
