Dollar Tree

"I used to go to the store all the time to purchase things until recently. Somebody outside, which I am guessing was an employee here bashed their car door into my car. I tried to go into the store And some lady tried to stop me at the door Getting into my business that happened outside of the store. She told me I could not shop there and that she would call the police for what exactly? I did not go into the store and start anything in there. This happened outside the business. She had no business stopping me . I did nothing wrong. She treated me like I was a criminal. She was highly unprofessional. Short lady black hair. There are plenty of dollar trees in Colorado this store will never get my business again. Tell your managers or crew-member to stay out of peoples business unless it’s brought into the store you have no right to go up to someone and ask them if they have a problem. I will handle things legal matters with insurance and an attorney against there employee for hitting my car ! Stay in your lane and out of customers business."

I feel like that’s common sense as a cashier .. you provide ur bags and they set everything next to it when its way easier to put inside ur bags then ur rushed to try to bag and pay as a customer then hurry while next customer tries to checkout and their items are getting shoved next to yours… so unprofessional and annoying"

"I went to dollar tree with my daughter for her birthday so she could pick out anything she wanted. Just came back from dinner and checked the website to see what time it closed. 9PM, perfect. It was 8:15 and I got there with my daughter jumping in my arms excited to shop and it’s closed. This is absurd, this was such a special moment for my daughter and it was ruined due to some ignorant people who can’t update their website. Never returning, very upset."

"I went to go to dollar tree at 8:00, the website said it closed at 9:00 so i went. Then i got there and it was closed! I needed to go there to have a party for my birthday but it was just some teenagers inside doing nothing. Very disappointed, never going back"

"Went there at 14:35 hours on 1/13/24 and Kira helped out at the register. She was rude. She asked me if I wanted a paper bag. I said yes. She rolled her eyes at me and told me it would just rip. Why did she ask me if I wanted a bag in the first place. She didn't even say have a nice day. All she was doing was complaining. She has a bad attitude. Won't ever go there, again."
