"At customer service today, I got the worst service I have ever experienced from Home Depot. My company spends 100’s of thousands of dollars with this place and I really don’t understand why. It took 50 minutes to return 6 sheets of backer board!!! Absolutely ridiculous that they treat their pro customers this way. Most often we are in hurry dude to the fact the we are getting paid by the hour. They seem to care nothing about this, especially at this location. I will never shop here again. The customer service rep talked down to me and belittled me in front of a bunch of other customers. I have never been treated that why in my life from a retail business."
"Exiting the lumber side back to my car, a large group of men in the parking lot were yelling at me for work. I told him I don't have any work for them. They then turned and started following me and my child to the parking lot yelling at us. Do right by your customers Home Depot. The parking lot is private property... You can tell them to leave or have them removed. Unless your customers getting harassed and followed through the parking lot is okay with you? I'll be shopping at Lowe's until I feel it's safe again to walk through Home Depot with my kid."
"The wood products barely qualify for a clearance rack. Dug through about 20 8’ 2x4’s and couldn’t find a straight one at all. Went to the “Premium” studs that were a dollar more and found the exact same thing. Garbage products. Left and went to Lowe’s"
"Huge shout out to Logan at the parker store. I came in with a bunch of wood to buy and cut. He was more than happy to help. He didn't complain once and really worked with me to get all my wood cut to the correct sizes. He also waited on me while I went and got more wood and had to resize and recalculate measurements. He did awesome and was so patient. We need more like him. Thanks again Logan."
"I went in today to purchase some Milwaukee batteries and tools and the level of customer service I received was absolutely above and beyond normal. As a mechanical contractor I work all over the front range and have made several similar purchases at various Home Depot locations (and have always been satisfied) but after my experience at this location today I'll be doing my best to plan my purchases and do more business at this location."
