Best Buy

"Went into this Best Buy to buy a Mac, an iPad Pro and some Air Tags. Told the guy up front we were going to buy some computers. We went back there and waited for 20 mins with no associate coming to help us. I called the store # to ask for someone to come help us, it rang and rang. So we left without buying anything., My money is burning a whole in my pocket, so I guess I will spend it elsewhere. Very unhappy I wasted my time."

"When making any purchase, you expect a certain level of customer service. What you don't expect is, when picking up items instore from a fairly large ticket online order, to be handed a clearly damaged product by the manager of the store, ask for a replacement, be refused that replacement. Then when you ask for the manager to be told "I am the manager, and you can deal with it". Then have that same manager refuse to give his name. All to be followed by: Me: "Can I have your name, so I can inform customer service about this?" Manager: "No, but you can get out of my store now. Bye.""

"The employees are so much nicer than at southlands and especially Park Meadows. Those employees are nasty, rude and I would not buy anything there. The manager is terrible as when he came on most of the employees left. What does that tell you. If you can don't give them business. Go to Sam's club or Costco. The last time I was in that store to buy a big screen, they told me to come back as they were to busy to sell me one??? What? I did not go back and will not! Sams club sold me a great big screen for a lot less!!!"

"I have never seen so many employees dedicated to avoiding customers and when you already getting a hold of one of them their knowledge is so little to none. This review was written based on my 5 last visits to Best Buy Parker. Speare your time and go somewhere else where they have inventory and good customer service.!!!!"

"As someone that has been a big fan of Best Buy for 20+ years and a total My Best Buy Total member. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE HELL ON EARTH. Go to Home Depot, Lowes, Costco anywhere but this tanking corporation. I could write a paragraph of this nightmare but it’s pointless. Dysfunction at its finest."
