"As most Wal-Mart shoppers know by now, the self-checkout kiosks have been shut down due to excess theft (a big shout out to all you thieves!) As a result, customers now have no choice but to go to a cashier-manned lane. The problem tho is that at least at the store in Parker, they do not have nearly enough open lanes to compensate for the absence of self checkouts. Today they had probably 4 lanes open (out of about 18 total lanes) and the lines at all of them were so long (8-12 people deep) that customers waiting to checkout had no choice but to block the large aisle adjacent to the checkout lanes. It wasn't until several very vocal customers began loudly yelling for them to open more lanes that they finally did. Walmart needs to do a FAR BETTER job of monitoring register and checkout lines now that they've screwed us out of self checkout lanes. It's only a matter of time until anger and frustration are unfortunately going to turn to violence. I HIGHLY SUGGEST EVERYONE CALL THE STORE AND COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY. IT'S THE ONLY WAY THEY'LL ADDRESS THE ISSUE. THEY'LL EVENTUALLY GET TIRED OF ALL THE ANGRY PHONE CALLS."

"Good customer service. My cashier was not as efficient as I expected. I bought moving boxes 20 of them. He became very flustered with the scanning. He had to start over 3 times. His English comprehension was poor."
"Big shout out to one of the managers, Nelson, at the Parker Wal Mart!! Went in tonight to shop for my daughter’s toy drive. Nelson was awesome! Got us our own check out gals to help, went and got us bikes and helped push our carts! Went above and beyond and we appreciated it so much!!"
"Literally THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at a Walmart. Between the amazing women at customer service, the nice women in the baby section where one worker parkour‘ed up the shelves to get the right formula for my 11 month old, to the online pickup order team/leader giving me the peace of mind to pick up my older later tonight. This experience has given me a huge restore into shopping with Walmart more now for future purchases. To the whole team this morning at 6AM! Thank you!"
