"I was fortunate to find Vita when I moved to Littleton from the Midwest. I was looking for an active 55+ community and was thrilled when I went to visit Vita!! It is a community that has something to offer every resident, no matter what their interest. Besides the building's beautiful amenities (including pool, fitness room, outdoor cooking and fire pit) and fun social events - there are also many physical, intellectual, and creative classes that are included in your monthly rent. Downtown Littleton shops, restaurants and Light Rail Station are just steps away from the door!! The staff at Vita is very accessible, supportive and receptive to new ideas."

"5 stars by far. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I’ve been living at Vita Littleton for 1.5 years and absolutely love it for theses reasons: - amazing location walking distance to cute Main Street Littleton with local non-chain restaurants, shops, cafes, bars. - stones throw from a light rail stop to take you into Denver so you get access to the city without being in the city. - Great apartments with wood floors, in unit laundry, 11 foot ceilings (or 9, not sure) - LEED certified building with solar to power the common areas, built in 2017; everything is new and clean - great staff; any maintenance issues, they are right on it - the 55+ community is so welcoming and we’re not even 55.. (they allow a portion (20%) of tenants to be younger, (Denver housing regulations) - I’m on a first name basis with so many of my neighbors. It’s such a friendly building, residents often leave each other greeting cards and thank you notes at your door - Year round hot-tub facing the great views of the Rocky Mountains - Free Yoga classes included - All kinds of free activities from Brain Games, Active Mind talk series, Friendly Friday resident-driven weekly happy hours in the lobby, movie nights, volunteer groups, 70s Funk DJ parties, book clubs, meditation, to even a bi-weekly resident-led comedic improv class - Free cappuccino machine in the lobby - Free daily Aqua Aerobics in the summer, great pool - Grill on the terraces for summer dinner parties - Food trucks and live music parties almost every month in the summer in Vita’s own mini amphitheater - Super pet friendly (dog park & pet bathing room) - bike trails right out the front door with a great bike room at ground level - garden plots for residents - WIFI by the pool - sunsets by the Vita fire pit - tons of board games and puzzles in the lobby - not being able to get 5 feet before someone says hello and wishes you a good day Basically, living at Vita is like living on a luxury cruise ship that is stationary. If you’re thinking of living here, do it. You will love the experience. Yes!"

"Extremely rude older man working there the morning of 10/1 around 9am. I’m delivering packages to your residence and it is required and requested by your resident to deliver to their door. They buzz me in and this man has a power trip saying I can’t deliver to their door because “we are closed down right now” then why have a buzz system? Also how do I even know you work there? Very unprofessional to someone just trying to do their job."

"Vita Littleton is second to none, when it comes to 55+ retirement living. Nestled in the heart of historical Littleton, Vita is a beautiful community - modern and contemporary living. The staff and residents are so dynamic and the Vita events are super fun! Hands down, this was the BEST downsizing move my mother-in-law has ever made. Trust us (her kids), after visiting all the senior communities in Denver, it took just one step in the front door for her to say Vita is her new home!"

"I LOVE Vita Littleton! Everyone who works here has been AMAZINGLY helpful, kind and friendly... right from the start! All the residents have also been so friendly and helpful, too. This is such a WELCOMING community!! The apartments are beautiful and energy efficient, comfortable, clean and safe. The activities are socially acceptable (during the Pandemic), interesting, plentiful and offered with much enthusiasm! Such a great place!
