"I stayed at Postmark for 2 almost 3 years. In time there the property manager have always been fair and reasonable and respectful. Unfortunately the maintenance team has been understaffed and overwhelmed by the amount of work there is to be done. They don’t slack off though, they keep working hard and making it a nice place to live. I sincerely hope the negative reviews will be ignored as they come from people with no understanding and very impatient humans without and understanding of what is truly happening and the hard work being put into this community. I truly loved it here and hope to be back soon!!!!"

"Extreme rat infestation, chewed the vehicle engine wire harness apart for myself and others. They came through and demolished literally tons of asbestos concrete without any warning to residents, zero safety precautions whatsoever. After 2 years of paying my rent on time, I was not given the option to renew my lease because they wanted to remodel. They pocketed $300 from my security deposit even though I left the place in 10x better shape than I found it... and then they completely gutted the apartment anyway making the "cleaning fee" pretty much void anyway. They are scam artists, the new owners went through 3 property management companies in less than a year of ownership cause they cave to the lowest bidder."

"I have lived here for 8 years. It is a friendly community & the new owners seem very interested in maintaining the building integrity & security. Even though I do not have small children I like what they have done with the court yard for the benefit of the kids. Since Four Star has taken over the upkeep has been much better. Denise manages the property well & is very conscientious of her tenants needs. Randy is the most outstanding maintenance guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommended this property for someone looking for an apartment in this area."

"I've lived here since June and we've been through a lot since then - multiple Property Manager changes and then finally, the old company sold the building to a new management who has actually started to take care of this place. In just a few months since they took over, the new company and our Property Manager Denise, have installed new windows, completed all of my maintenance requests and fixed multiple security concerns. They've had an upward battle but I definitely feel like this company genuinely cares about the residents and is doing their best to put us first."

"This used to be a decent place to live but it been sold so many times and the owners don't care about anything but the bottom line. I second the issues previously mentioned about the elevator, broken laundry, frequent heat and water outages, homeless etc. They also had a whole apt closed off for asbestos with no communication with the residents. Save yourself the hassle and don't move here"
