"I have lived at Olivine for almost a year and a half and have had a great experience overall. Previous Management was very average, but the new owners and new management that have been here since the New Year have been incredible. They have made more beneficial changes to the complex and facilities in 3 months than I experienced in my entire year with the old management. Maintenance is great, they are incredibly quick to resolve any issues that I have had in my two apartments. The leasing office has been very transparent and honest whenever i have questions or concerns. I highly recommend living here."

"This place is amazing. Great location, walk to the gym, walk to Trader Joes, within 2 miles of 6 grocery stores, costco and countless food options. New and nice appliances and clean shared spaces. Recently the property was sold to a new group and the new staff Morgan, Derek, and Jenn are amazing – they're kind, attentive and work hard. I think the mark of good ownership is the sense that it is "invisible". Do my appliances work? Are spaces clean? Are maintenance requests handled promptly? The answers are yes to all of these. I love living here, I highly recommend checking it out."

"I absolutely loooooved this residence. It's proximity to trader Joe's, to sprouts, and to denver equestrian center is really nice. At the time of my tour they were having all their carpets cleaned and I really liked the coffee shop in its main lobby. This also had one Jaw dropping mural of owls in their work space sky lounge. Unfortunately it's just too far out and the rigidness of 3 to 4 times the rent it's just not a doable place for my family"
