"I lived here for a year and only moved out because I left the state. Beautiful apartments, well built and maintained. Maintenance staff is professional and fast. The leasing staff are some of the nicest and helpful people. The price also was not raised a ridiculous amount between leases. There are spiders because of how close you are to a beautiful lake, so spray and you'll be totally fine. We just moved out and our moving charges were definitely fair (sub 250). Thank you guys for a positive living experience!"

"This is the only place I’ve rented from in the metro area that cares about their tenants. I’ve been here for a year now and have had nothing but great customer service, punctual and kind maintenance people, and a nicely put together apartment. So many people complain about frivolous things at this complex like the parking or the doggy bags on the lawn. They changed the way parking is handled and I haven’t had an issue since. As for the doggy bags everyone complains about when they’re out, it’s not exactly their responsibility to clean up after your dog. Bring your own bag? I’ve lived in a lot of other places in Littleton, and I promise you, you’ll only get worse service elsewhere. Don’t trust all of the bad reviews out there. People just need something to complain about. If you’re interested in this place, ask for Sam. She’s awesome and will make sure you get into the perfect unit for your needs!"

"Mountain Gate has been a nice place to live. I can rave about the maintenance staff, which can do anything and respond quickly. Management recently instituted a parking permit system which has made parking much easier. We almost always park right outside our apartment now. The management also initiates resident activities and contests which are nice to look forward to. My only complaint is that we were shown a nicer, more modern unit than we ended up in and have had a few issues because of the shortfalls. Should have been more insistent on nailing down the unit before signing the lease."

"They charge you all kinds of bogus charges when you move out. They give you a move out amount that is a lie. They wanted to charge 50.00 for a key that I needed to return 35.00 for carpet cleaning my apt was immaculate when I left. I had a housekeeping company clean it i made sure to take pictures and videos. I am so disappointed with them never thought they would stoop so low. I never used there trash service but paid for it every month. Stop hurting people tell the truth had someone said i was going to get a 200.00 bill after i moved i would have addressed that before I left."

"I am so fortunate to have lived at Mountain Gate for two years. This community and staff are exceptional. The maintenance crew is very responsive, professional and, it has been my experience, that they do not leave a job half-done but, rather, follow through to completion. I can not say enough good things about the management staff. Rachel provides outstanding leadership and does not accept anything less than the best. The staff is always available to assist with questions or concerns (which are few). They are friendly, professional...I could go on and on. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance crew does a great job with routine maintenance. Being a single girl, it is so important that I live in a community where I know the management has my back. I have never regretted my decision to move to Mountain Gate and am proud to call this my home! Thank you to Rachel, Courtney, Abbey and the fabulous staff. You are exceptional!"
