"Just call Pioneer for your floor needs. I run a pet care business, and I had builder installed carpeting on my subfloors. I have killed 3 spot wet vacs and 2 full sized carpet cleaners on this carpet caring for hundreds of dogs over the last year and a half, so to say it was time for new floors would have been appropriate about a year ago. I spent months researching and found a commercial, waterproof, click and lock installation Shaw Vinyl that I fell in love with. It also retailed for over $7 a sq foot, which was way out of budget for us. Thankfully I called Pioneer and spoke with Thomas. I let him know we needed a waterproof commercial vinyl and we needed affordability. We let him know we were also planning to install ourselves. The options were truly endless in floors, but at the end of the day, Thomas made my dream floor attainable at less than half the cost of retail! He did not push us for any upgrades or installation. He was very upfront about the installation process for our floors, and anything extra we would need for our own installation too. He also got very real with me when I fell in love with a water resistant carpet for our upstairs. He was very confident in our self installation of the vinyl, but let me know that for the integrity of the carpet I chose I would need professional installation. I trust Pioneer. I love that they made the perfect floor attainable for my home at an amazing value, and I am super thankful for their honesty and integrity in their transaction with me. I already can’t wait to work with them again for our future under feet needs!"
