"Looking for headlight bulbs for a 2016 ram 1500. So bought the LED headlight bulbs which were 100 dollars. I asked the young representative if these were right headbulbs H11. He said yes. Then told me they have a strict return policy. I said as long as they fit. Pulled the other old bulb from the truck, and turns out they were 9005 style. Went back to see if I can do an exchange, the manager said sorry you bought the headlight bulbs and no return. The rudest manager I have ever experienced and lost 100. Won’t be coming back to this store location because a young man representative doesn’t have any knowledge, and the young girl manger has the rudest attitude towards customers and provided no help whatsoever. Went to Advance Auto Parts right down the road in Parker, their return policy is 90 days. Highly recommend AutoZone Parts instead of Advance auto parts ."
