"Unbelievable. 1st guy had no idea what an oil drain plug gasket was. He said he never heard of one. 2nd guy did not know what a trim tool was. Instead of looking on the computer to see what it was and if they had one, he simply Googled it on his phone to see what it looks like, then went to the shelf to see if he saw anything that looked like the picture. Where do you find these people?"

"This would be one star if not for Ian. The guy at the counter was rude and told me they didn’t have enough staff to replace my battery because “someone called out” Seemed a little bitter that someone called out. When I talked to Ian, he told me there’s currently 3 adults in the store… 2 of which are managers. So, why can’t you replace a battery? Because you don’t want to. Unbelievable. I’ll never be back."
"Bait and switch! They say 31$ oil change, but the fine print says they only cover 7 dollars on the filter, knowing they don't have a filter for that cheap. The first one he grabbed had my total at 53$, I asked him why and he said the filter wasn't part of the deal, so I said I want the one with the deal, then he brought it back saying it's the cheapest one with the deal, my total was 42$ not the 31$ that the deal was posted in the store."
