24 Hour Fitness

"I thought this location would be perfect for me and I signed up for a 6 month membership. The hidden fees in the beginning were really annoying because you end up spending a lot more than expected. The first week was okay, I was going late evening but this location is extremely busy and all the machines I hoped to use were always taken so I decided to start going in the mornings instead. Hours are listed as 5 am and I've tried to go 3 mornings at 5 am and every single time they are closed and even if I wait 30+ minutes nobody ever shows up to unlock the door. It's extremely annoying that it's called 24 hour fitness but they're not open 24 hours and they're not even open during their "business" hours. It makes it really hard to be motivated to work out when everytime you try to go the business isn't opened like its supposed to be."

"The gym is extremely dirty the showers are a wreck. They do not open on time during the week days! They are supposed to open at 5:00 am but again today did not open on time. This has become a consistent thing. Management doesn’t want to be bothered….states it’s not his responsibility. Being a management means all these employees issues and standards of your facility are your direct responsibility."

"03-05 again the gym is not open on time. This seems to be happening every 7-8 days on a consistent basis now. Still no improvements to the cleanliness of the gym, showers are still a wreck. Every review reads the same because it’s the truth."

"Gym is super dirty. The women locker room is a mess, mold growing, showers not working, outlets not working. The regular people that go here have been complaining to no avail. It’s the regulars that go to these types of establishments that keep them up and running. It’s extremely sad that their voices and concerns are not being entertained. Reaching out to Corporate does nothing.. Gum not opening on time on a regular basis. The people that attend this gym make it wonderful, not the management not really the establishment itself. The sauna and the steam room are completely disgusting. There really needs to be a change, but Until everyone gets together and makes enough noise nothing will Change. So if You want change you have to be the change. Don’t attend this gym find another there are plenty of 24 hour fitnesses that are way better than this one around the Denver and aurora area. And they are way better than this establishment and its management. We will be changing gyms. It’s been 2 years and our family is just fed up."

"So you pay a maintenance fee but equipment goes down for month. Duct tape is used to fix handles, pads are all cracked due to using the cheapest cleaner for all equipment. Pools all have algae due to lack of maintenance. Mold in bathrooms and all drinking areas but they will tell you gyms are just starting to come back. Lack of overall maintenance is what’s wrong with this facility. There are other options that are probably better. Oh and 24 hour fitness is not 24hours just thought that was comical."
