"I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews, especially bad ones. Today though, this seemed ridiculous… I don’t know who they had in the kitchen on 7/31/23 at 6:50pm but what happened here? I ordered the smokehouse wrap and got the square version I guess??? I will only be attending the Ankeny location from now on…"

"Great location. One of the smaller locations of Smokey Rows in the Des Moines Metro area, but big enough to find a place to sit and work on your laptop or to meet up with friends. Same drink menu as other locations with the same excellent flavors and quality for both drinks and food. It is connected to a Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh. Update: went back about 5 days after my original visit and it was the same staff working as the first time. They all recognized me and treated me as a friend. Great customer service. Will definitely be back again."

"Great local coffee chain with fun and courteous employees. Lots of drink options, breakfast and lunch options, and ice cream! There's a ton of various seating options too for small groups or one on one meetings. Free WiFi and even a fireplace to relax by!"
