"Went there expecting to use a subway coupon that was sent in the mail in the same town. Found out though at the register that this location doesn’t take paper coupons and to get even the lesser coupon I had to order via online for pick up. Wasted a lot of time here. Would have been nice if there was a sign or something communicating no coupons accepted at this location. Also shame on subway for sending coupons to potential customers that cannot even use them at their local subway. Won’t be going back because of the scam."

"Grimes store no longer accepting Subway Coupons, which is why I went there for $5.99 Footlong. Only 2 breads to choose from, Charge $1 Extra for each cheese on veggie sandwich, no napkins in bag. $11 for a footlong veggie? Easy decision next time to hit Jimmy John's or even Panera Bread for Soup and Sandwich for the same amount of money."
