"Ordered a strawberry and blueberry mixer to go. Waited five minutes at the counter and watched the girl put away sauces and literally look at me and not acknowledge me. Then, once I was acknowledged, I waited another five minutes for my order. There were literally no strawberries in this mixer that I received. When I called back to let them know, the manager on duty wanted to argue with me that he put strawberries in it. Instead of apologizing and saying, I’m sorry and taking my number down kind of disappointing for Culvers, this is what you get when you get to corporate with restaurants. Quality of service declines. Not impressed. I hope Hailey addresses this."
"Talk about decorating and customer satisfaction!! They offer samples and walked through the whole dining room offering and the staff is so sweet and friendly. I recommend this place if you need your day made and your belly full!!!!!"
"Jennifer at the register was horrible. I was confused about how my order came out on the screen and she tried to make me feel like I was stupid and couldnt be bothered by my question so she went and got a manager to "deal with this" as she put it. I still don't think it should have cost over $16 for a single butterburger w/cheese basket with a concrete substituted for the drink. Please tell me if I'm wrong."
"Their food is always fresh and delicious. The line takes a while during lunch and dinner hours, sometimes up to 10 minutes until you can order then depending on what and how much you ordered, it might take another 3-6 minutes to get your food. After you pay, you will be given a number and asked to pull forward. Courteous staff will run your food out when it's hot and ready and stick around to ensure you have everything you ordered and all the sauces and condiments you need."
"Super clean on the inside, employees were super friendly. I got a Culver deluxe double, fries and cheese curds. Burger was amazing, nothing fancy but it was kind of crispy but juicy! Fries were just your normal crinkle cut fries but they tasted fresh. Cheese curds weren't the best I've had but they were good. Husband got a bacon deluxe (forgot the picture) but he said it was great."
