"Well, first off the service was slow(especially for a Mexican restaurant),which was totally fine, as I was having good conversation with my daughter. Drinks were slow. No offer for more salsa when our food was served. But it gets worse.... I specifically pointed to what I was ordering, same as my daughter. But they up charged my meal as something different. After trying to reason with the waitress & some other person(manager? Owner?) they still did NOT figure out their errors... And this was after knowingly poor service. Wow. Waitress even threw the receipts, while the manager laughed. Damn... No way we will return. There are plenty of options out there. If you have a chance to have the same outcome as my daughter & I had, then move along to the next restaurant."
"I ordered a fajita taco salad and received a bowl of soup and I don’t mean as a latter option. My salad was watery as if was cooked with old grease. I called to complain and request a refund and was first told it was my uber driver and the next person told me sometimes it happens. I had to go through paypal for a refund in which I received."
"Food: 4* Atmosphere: 4* Value: 3* Service: 4* 08/20/2022 Although it wasn't high on my wife's list based on the exterior appearance, I talked her into trying it since it was relatively close to where we live. We started with a 28oz Margarita and Paloma. Although they didn't have Mezcal for the Paloma - both drinks were still very good, but a bit on the pricy side. For our meal, I ordered the Ceviche Shrimp (see picture) and my wife ordered the Carnitas (see picture). Both were very good and we would order either again. Although it seemed a bit on the pricey side for the area, we wouldn't hesitate to return and would recommend that you give it a try. "Pretty fantastic new Mexican food place in Grimes. The chips and salsa they serve beforehand are delicious and fresh, and judging from my coworkers reactions the food is pretty amazing. Prices are very reasonable considering the amount of food you get. Which is very filling. The employees are very helpful and quick and our food was out in short order. Delicious and quick :)"
