"Great food, drinks, and service at a small local bar and grill. Daily specials that can't be missed, including the mushroom and Swiss burger pictured. I had the Cowboy burger and it was tasty. The ranch is top-notch, and what Iowan doesn't love ranch! They also create a few other delicious sauces, including their Uptown sauce that was perfect with the onion rings. My only critique would be that the burgers were a little more well done than I prefer which made them a touch dry. But great quality beef. Staff were attentive and explained all the specials and options. It is a typical bar and grill layout with tables as well as a large wrap around bar."

"Thought we would give this place a try. Called to place an order to go over the phone. Asked the Lady who answered if it was too late to order; she said the kitchen was open until 10pm and asked if I could hold a minute. Lady put me on hold & never came back. After 10 minutes the call dropped. Tried calling back for another 10 min but couldn't get through...assuming the lady left the phone off the hook when she put me on hold and never came back. Don't know if she forgot about me or if it was intentional but regardless, I won't be bothering them again. I suggest if you're too busy and don't have time to take a to go order, just tell the caller that up front."

"Waste of time money and energy!! First.. Ignored upon arrival. Not even an acknowledgement of our presence.. watched others get good service.. almost left a few times but they managed to get to us right at that last minute.. we wanted to give them a chance. Food. Well we should've just driven out to DeSoto to go to Ambrose. The food and service is so much better there . We won't make that mistake again."
