"We came here from Altoona to specifically to eat at this location planning to have a delicious breakfast. The hostess took our drink order and they were brought by "our waitress". She didn't bring a drink for our kid so we asked her for one. She said she would get it and then come back to take our order. We sat there for almost 20 minutes while three tables seated after us got their orders taken. We decided to leave at this point. We have always loved this Hyvee and were pretty disappointed. Instead we went to Corner Cafe in Urbandale. They have amazing food and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a local breakfast place! The service is wonderful!"
