"Quality of drinks and treats is always consistent and good. This location is often slower for service and the prices are a little high but that's to be expected. Inside they have a ton of variety in seating options, good WiFi, and a cozy atmosphere."
"I've always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff at this location. The coffee is usually absolutely wonderful. My usual order is a Lg hot carmelicious with an extra shot of espresso. However, the last time I visited, I ordered that but there was no caramel in it whatsoever. It was around 5:45 AM, I was on my way to work and didn't realize this until I was too far away to go back. I ended up going to the location on Merle Hay to grab the correct drink, as I was still on my way to work. In essence, I paid $15 for the correct cup of coffee that day. I would like to add that this is the first time I've ever had a negative experience with Scooters though!"
"I've only been to various Scooters a couple of times and the woman who took my order was helpful with picking out my flavors. Went full basic fall with a cold brew with pumpkin flavor and pumpkin cold foam. I was very happy with this interaction. I think the little sticker on the lid is cute."
