"Welcome to your loud,smelly and dirty neighborhood in the popular city of Waukee. Management doesn't care about residents but this dude has his park in front of your patio and enjoys it. Can't even open the window because of dog smell and trash everywhere. Grass is already destroyed."
"I moved in 1 month ago. Jamie was very responsive throughout the application and lease process. Randy, with maintenance has been very responsive and fixes any issues quickly. They both are very professional and great assets! Thank you both for making this experience amazing!"
"If you intend to move to this building, this comment is for you. Keep in your mind If you pay a deposit and when you want to move out, they will never back it to you. They will charge you to pay for the full paint in addition utility fee even if you pay it each month on time. When I moved out, they took all the deposits as charges for the paint and charged me $341 for the utility fee, even though I didn't have any late payments. The new owner is greedy and will not return the deposit to you, no matter how well you care for the apartment. I also want to mention that even when you sign a month-by-month rental contract for an increase of $150 over the original rent, you must give a note two months before moving out. I do not think this is fair to those trying to live temporarily."
"I recently moved to the Alice Patricia Apartments, and have had a fantastic experience. The office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and are quick communicators. The apartments are kept in really good condition, and any maintenance requests are addressed as soon as possible. The neighborhood is welcoming, and the apartments are extremely spacious. Would definitely recommend!"
"PA apartments are new and clean ! It’s always good to have a swimming pool in summer time , nice balcony , clean and quiet neighborhood, access to waking path and Dog park as well . People are nice and friendly . The Office are quick to respond !Kristi is very professional and kind! I definitely will recommend the Brand New Area Waukee and PA Apartment ! We will miss you !!! Valentina and Joshua !"
