"If I could give negative stars I would. They preach again and again in emails about "respecting your fellow tenants" but when something is actually going on that isn't respecting the tenants they turn a blind eye."

"I’ve been living here for 4 months now. When I moved in my apartment was not move in ready. Scratch marks on all the walls, mold in the shower, food stains on the walls, greasy forehead stain over the peephole, rusted lint trap in the dryer, AC leaking in mech room, etc. They have since fixed almost all of my complaints, most of which were resolved by painting the walls. I recommend you actually look at the room your considering renting before you sign the lease. They only showed me the staged room at signing. Tenants are responsible for buying new lightbulbs if one goes out. They also made tenants install AC filters (probably why mine was leaking, tenants aren’t reliable). The building to the east is a bit older and a lot of the concrete going up to ground floor apartments is cracking. Also the dirt around the payment areas is starting to gap away from the cement in many areas. This has become a great place for bugs to live. All of my neighbors state they have a lot of roly polys coming in. They tried replacing the door sweep, using bug deterrent spray (worked for spiders, ants, etc but not the roly polys). They just put down a product called diatomaceous earth so we’ll see how that does. Appliances are decent. I’ve noticed that when washing bedding, the center of it isn’t damp before throwing in the dryer. So the washing machine isn’t great. The design to the laundry area is past the shower which allows for a lot of moisture buildup making it an easy area for mold to grow. Sounds like historically they’ve allowed pets on the 2nd and 3rd floor but now they only allow them on the bottom floor. Some tenants still have some above me though. They also have a higher rent price for the ground floor and cheaper for the top. Most are all included in your rent price except for electricity and water. Garbage disposal, laundry in unit, WiFi, tv, central AC/heating. No recycling. Pool was open from 6/10-9/5, gym is small at this location. They also don’t allow you in the pool area after 9pm. Oh, the app that they use to pay rent does not notify you reminding you to pay which I found odd. There’s an automatic payment option so you don’t have to think about it. If you forget to set that up, there’s a late payment fee."

"A late review, but better late than never! I moved in when the place was still being constructed and lived here for 2 years. The price was right, and the amenities were excellent. Believe it or not, they never increased my rent! Keaton, the property manager, was awesome. When I had to terminate my lease early because I got a new job in Minneapolis, he worked with me to ensure I didn't have to pay a termination fee, even though my contract said otherwise. I wish they had utilized heat pumps instead of simple electric heat (keep the utility bills down), but that's my only complaint. I like the fact that they chose to spec decent modern appliances and didn't go overly cheap on the small stuff. Because the unit was newly built, I never had any reason to call maintenance. The common areas were well maintained and cleaned regularly. My advice to future tenants would be to spring for the covered parking. While they don't make you remove your car from the lot for plowing, digging your car out of the snow during winter is never any fun, so just pay the extra $."

"Apartment: 5/5 Management: 5/5, responsive Maintenance: 5/5 Location: Safe Con: Not enough garages for each resident but that’s just me. A few residents leaving their dog poo everywhere. Management have to pick it up themselves to keep the landscape clean but we, as grown adults, need to be responsible for our pets."

"Great place to live. Price is decent. Comes with fast internet and cable for free. Amazing brand new top dollar appliances including washer and dryer. Management (Austin) is great. Very easy to contact snd is never further than 5 min away if you need anything"
