"Updated… I have lived here now over 3 years. Always improving and not going backwards so I feel it’s fair to update my review to reflect that. The front desk staff is friendly. Amenities are nice for the price. It’s a quick walk to restaurants, cafes, pubs, and a HyVee Fresh & Fast. They did a rockstar job on cleaning up after our once in a decade blizzard. So much snow!!! The hallways are cleaned regularly. It’s a fairly new building so I really haven’t had any major requests, but what I did have was taken care of relatively quickly. There are a few “grounds” and external issues, but they have started working on them. I was living here through a few management companies and managers, and Kelly and team with Greystar have been the best. The place is well managed and generally clean. The price is also good for what you get. ... I added a small portable island and a few bakers racks to create more kitchen storage for those worried about that."

"I moved to this apartment from across the country and the staff made it beyond easy for me. There was little room for stress as all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Kelly and Anisa made we’re so accommodating during the process and since living here have made me feel so welcome through resident events and respectful and courteous communication. Since living here the communication has remained consistently great. I never have to wait more than 48 hours for a response on any email, call, or maintenance request I put in. The team is so respectful and ensures I am heard in every interaction. Justin is incredible and always responds wicked fast to any maintenance needs. He is very thoughtful and thorough in educating as well as providing excellent work in my home. Couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. So so thankful to the team and everything they do to make this community better for everyone."

"I've lived at this property since 2019, and have been through few different management groups. Each group has seen their challenges, and I admit I was frustrated when I first moved here - but the current management (Greystar) is by far the best and most organized of the bunch. Communicative and clear with expectations, they've made significant improvements across the board, especially in approachability and resolution to any issues I've had. Kelly, the property manager, is very easy to work (and chat) with, and the rest of the team in the office (and maintenance!) are so friendly and quick to respond. I love living in such a dog-friendly community, where I feel safe and at home. I'm so glad I decided to stick around!"

"Previous management was great and allowed you to make yourself really feel at home. New management not so much. Not a fan of some of the changes made and new requirements they have for renting and using the club house. The apartment itself has been nice. My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 years and haven't had any issues. If the new management hadn't changed some of the things, then I would have rated higher. Management aside, whoever is responsible for clearing the parking lot in the winter has never done a great job of clearing it in a way where you can actually get into your car and get your car out of your parking spot without going through a foot of snow. Would be nice to be able to easily get out of your spot after it snows and not have to step in a foot of snow getting in or out of the car."
