"If there is less than one star I would give it due to the extremely bad management that I have ever seen, to be fair the apartment has no issues as well and the maintenance performance was good but the management was a nightmare that demonstrates a bad attitude, bad behavior, no action preform to word the issue that I had which is the apartment above me was stepping and jumping and throwing stuff the whole day, even every single minute. However, the management did not take any action, not only that but they were giving me a vibe that if you are not comfortable just leave which a result forced me to break the lease and pay 6k just to get rid of that headache. In the end, I do not recommend this complex as long as the unprofessional management staff is still there. check out the emails that were sent to your team on the following dates. "I’ve been at the Winhall for about 3 years now and have had a pretty good experience overall. Ashley and Ernada have been so pleasant and amazing to work with, and I love that I trust the maintenance workers to come in and do their jobs. We did have a rough start getting moved in and shortly after that switched apartments due to noise. Throughout that Ashley and her team have been amazing at getting our needs taken care of. We are more than satisfied with where we are now. I haven’t moved out yet and that seems to be where most of the complaints come from in other reviews. I’m aware that there is a cost of moving and of course the complex is going to do what they can to recoup their costs, however I feel like the communication I have had with the staff so far has already been helpful in taking care of the issues we have had and I’m confident that by being open, honest, and realistic with a team of people just trying to do their jobs I will have a good experience. I would like to stay here for as long as it is reasonable for my family, so I imagine I won’t be getting my deposit back when we leave either. But for the years we’ve put into this place, I don’t think I’m gonna sweat it when the time comes. But believe I will update my review if something drastically changes. I will say that there aren’t the best internet options here at the moment. It sounds like our neighborhood might be getting fiber soon, that would be great but for now my internet tends to struggle if we are doing too much at once. I’m not dinging the complex for this because they can’t control which internet was setup when the property was built and it sounds like they are working towards a solution."

"My experience living at the Winhall has been wonderful! The apartment buildings and complex are regularly maintained and look beautiful. The maintenance staff are incredibly helpful and maintenance requests are fulfilled super quickly. When I first moved in, my car battery died, and the maintenance staff, Cory and Edward, came across me trying to start it. They helped me get it out of the parking spot and get it running again, which was incredibly kind of them and not something they had to do, but they did anyway. Ashley and Ernada in the office are SO friendly and accommodating, they will go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend!! :)"

"I have lived at The Winhall of Williams Pointe for about 2 1/2 years. Great maintenance who is prompt and so nice. Wonderful regular maintenance completed regularly. Any issues that arise I reach out to the great office staff that resolve the issue promptly. I love living here. Also wonderful beautiful trees in the community make you feel your in the country."

"Great, clean residential living. Our property manager Ernada is amazing, friendly, and all around a great joy to work with. She completely sold us on our unit and we’re glad to have listened to her. She gave us a beautiful place to call home and has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. She’s the reason we live here, but the clean apartment and great atmosphere is the reason we’re hoping to stay here longer!"
