"Doesn’t even deserve one star. The office lady is horrible she does not answer the phone calls, she’s never in the office, and does not care about any of the tenants in the buildings. She will cut off your lease for no reason. Everything in here is horrible it smells disgusting you can smell the weed from outside, and it looks disgusting, horrible maintenance. Do not recommend at all. All they care about is the money they are getting."

"Very bad. If you have a repair case or any request from the rental office, you will not find anyone to always answer. They are not present. There is no interest in the interests of the tenants. Everything is bad. They only ask for rent, rent for utilities, and insurance. Everything is lost. I do not recommend it to anyone."

"Tina the office manager is great. She gets back to me so quickly anytime i have a question, makes the resigning of my lease super easy and overall is just super inviting. Country Court is a great place to live and i would recommend if you are looking for a reasonable priced place in Waukee!"

"Due to a change in employment, we needed to move to an apartment closer to my daughter's place of employment. Hated to leave after five years of living here. But it had nothing to do with the apartments. My comments below stand. Thank you Tina! My previous comments from three years ago stand. If anything, things have gotten a little better since the ownership change... We very much appreciate how responsive maintenance is and how friendly management is. Good location. Clean, reasonably quiet, reasonably priced. Excellent communication and excellent customer service from the property manager."

"Tina, the landlord, is amazing and it shows that she cares about her tenants. I have never had a landlord that is personable and easy to talk to. My first day moving in Tina left a welcome basket on my kitchen counter. Inside were home essentials and a piece of candy for my both of my children! If you are looking for a CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, and SAFE neighborhood….then Country Court is the way to go!"
