"Asked for my long hair cat not to get shaved, just brushed and washed. They did a great job. Cleaned her ears and trimmed her toes too. My cat is starting to get old and has some sensitive spot and I think they took good care of her because she wasn't traumatized when she got home. She needed a butt shave though because as she ages she doesn't clean back there as well. I'll be returning as needed for her because she also came home happy and without major anxiety. Their office is well maintained and has some pretty cute cats roaming about which is fun as well. Very happy"
