"I'm really saddened by my last experience. I have been using TP for many years. My gf brought our car in for a concern that we had. The tire pressure sensor kept going off after getting new tires. No help whatsoever. Told her the wheels do not have sensors which is false. All four do. Said it would be 500 bucks but didn't even bother to pull the car into the bay. I did some research and fixed it for free. There is a reset on the tp monitoring system for an 04 Pontiac Grand Prix. She had made an appointment to basically get shooed out the door. If I was there I'm sure the outcome would be different because I know cars and I would tell them to take it back and look it over or I would call corporate."
"The gentleman who originally served me was friendly and low-pressure when discussing my options for tires. All of my questions were readily answered, and I was given what turned out to be a highly-accurate estimation of when my car would be ready. When I came in to pick up my car, a different gentleman took the time to take me to the tires and show me the exact tire I had chosen, along with why it had been a good choice. These two individuals were comfortably friendly and informative."
