"They declined to put tires that I desperately needed on my vehicle because they claimed it couldn't be lifted due to rust. It didn't make sense as my vehicle had just been on a lift for a full day to switch out a power steering pump. Had to go to a "real" tire place and payed twice as much."
"Went to get my oil changed so I went early. Was there at 6:45am and waited until 7. Then at 7:10 the manager (I assume) changed the time on the sign to open at 8. I wasn't happy so I continued to wait. At 8 they opened so I went in. Asked for a oil change and they told me they couldn't do oil changes until after 9. UNBELIEVABLE! REALLY! They knew that I was waiting since 7. No common courtesy to at least open the door at 8 and at least ask or tell me what was going on. After being a loyal customer for years they lost me."
